Song’s from the Movies

I love this song and it’s true that I loved it before hearing it in this movie. It’s also true that because of this movie I love it even more. It fits so well with the movies theme and the movie, not only brilliant but now a classic.

Did I tell you I love this movie!!??

Anyhoo, why not go get yourself an earful of Creedance. You know you’ll want to after reading this. You might even watch the… Film.

Bad Moon Rising

I see the bad moon a-rising
I see trouble on the way
I see earthquakes and lightning
I see bad times today

Don’t go around tonight
Well, it’s bound to take your life
There’s a bad moon on the rise

I hear hurricanes a-blowing
I know the end is coming soon
I fear rivers overflowing
I hear the voice of rage and ruin

Don’t go around tonight
Well, it’s bound to take your life
There’s a bad moon on the rise

All right

Hope you got your things together
Hope you are quite prepared to die
Looks like we’re in for nasty weather
One eye is taken for an eye

Don’t go around tonight
Well, it’s bound to take your life
There’s a bad moon on the rise

“Bad Moon Rising” written by John Fogerty

  1. i love that movie. one of my childhood favorites & probably a big contributor to my dark sense of humor (i had a pretty messed up childhood movie list thanks to older siblings!)
“stick to the roads & beware the moon!” (i, of course, have done neither)

  2. the only one they kicked me out for was “fritz the cat.” but otherwise i saw all the age-inappropriate movies my college-going siblings brought home in the 80s. another chapter for the memoirs! (& the therapists)
